In context
How is the Fund audited?

Annually. Positions are held by a registered administrator, and NAV is validated by audit and by arm's-length new-LP subscriptions.

How is NAV determined?

The supplied model adjusts acquisition cost for changes in trailing revenue. NAV is an estimate, not a market price. Confirm the valuation policy, oversight and service providers in the offering documents.
